At Opulixa, we strive to deliver fashionable, well-crafted clothing that meets high quality standards. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. This Warranty Policy outlines the protection we offer, exclusions, and the process for requesting assistance.

1. Warranty Coverage

All apparel purchased from Opulixa is covered by a 30-day quality warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty includes coverage for:

  • Production or manufacturing defects
  • Loose or defective stitching
  • Broken, missing, or faulty buttons, zippers, or fasteners
  • Fabric flaws identified upon delivery
  • Receiving an incorrect item, size, or color
  • Damage that occurred during shipping

If any of the above issues are confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to the following situations:

  • Regular wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing
  • Color fading, fabric stretching, or shrinkage due to use
  • Stains from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or similar products
  • Accidental damage such as rips, burns, or cuts
  • Items altered or misused after delivery
  • Returned items with strong odors (smoke, detergent, perfume, etc.)
  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

These conditions are not considered manufacturing faults and are therefore excluded from warranty coverage.

3. Submitting a Warranty Claim

To request warranty support, please email us at contact@opulixa.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Approved Warranty Resolutions

If your claim is approved, you may select one of the following options:

  • Replacement item (same product, size, and color if available)
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

For approved warranty claims, all applicable shipping costs will be covered by Opulixa.

5. Warranty Claim Deadline

All warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims received after this timeframe may not be eligible for coverage.
